Every head hunting placement is guaranteed for 12 months. Our fees are paid in 12 monthly installments: if the person hired is no longer in the role before the end of that period, the subscription stops and you don't pay the remaining installments. That is the whole rule. Our compensation is directly tied to the long-term success of the hire, so we have every reason to find someone who will stay.

How our head hunting process works

Each search starts with a conversation. We don't screen candidates with algorithms or keyword filters: we meet them. The best candidates are often already employed and aren't applying, so we go out and find them for you.

• We run a targeted search with direct outreach, including to people who are not actively applying.
• We interview candidates and assess their skills, their motivations and their alignment with your values.
• We present a short list of qualified candidates. You stay in control of every decision.

Head hunting pricing

Pricing depends on the level of the role. Every tier is paid in 12 monthly installments, includes the 1-year warranty and is all-inclusive. You only pay for a successful placement.

• Junior roles: $1,000/month
• Intermediate roles: $1,500/month
• Senior roles: $1,700/month
• Strategic roles (senior leadership and strategic hires): $2,000/month
