Our 12-month guarantee
Every head hunting placement is guaranteed for 12 months. Our fees are paid in 12 monthly installments: if the person hired is no longer in the role before the end of that period, the subscription stops and you don't pay the remaining installments. Our compensation is directly tied to the long-term success of the hire.
