- Head hunting: one specific engineering role, guaranteed for 12 months, $1,000 to $2,000/month depending on the level, paid in 12 monthly installments, all-inclusive.
- Fractional recruiting: a recruiter embedded in your team part-time when several engineering roles are open, from $4,500/month, 0% commission.
- Sourcing: a shortlist of interested, pre-qualified engineers your team interviews, with Sourcing Sprint ($7,000) or Sourcing Engine ($15,000/month).
Engineers from Canada and Latin America
When local candidates are hard to find, we also recruit mechanical, electrical, civil and industrial engineers from Canada and Latin America for U.S. engineering teams, and support the visa and work permit process with our immigration partners.

Every head hunting placement is guaranteed for 12 months. Our fees are paid in 12 monthly installments: if the person hired is no longer in the role before the end of that period, the subscription stops and you don't pay the remaining installments.
