We define the profile and your company culture with you, then run a targeted search: direct outreach, interviews, assessment and a short list of qualified candidates. You stay in control of every decision.

Pricing depends on the role's level: $1,000/month for junior roles, $1,500/month for intermediate roles and $1,700/month for senior roles. Fees are paid in 12 monthly installments, all-inclusive, and you only pay for a successful placement.

Every head hunting placement is guaranteed for 12 months. Our fees are paid in 12 monthly installments: if the person hired is no longer in the role before the end of that period, the subscription stops and you don't pay the remaining installments. Our compensation is therefore directly tied to the long-term success of the hire.

An experienced recruiter works with your team a few hours a week, like an in-house recruiter, with no full-time commitment and no 20% placement fee: 0% commission, 100% collaboration. Plans: Essential, 8-10 h/week, up to 2 active roles ($4,500 to $6,000/month); Growth, 15-20 h/week, up to 5 active roles ($7,500 to $10,500/month); Strategic, 20-30 h/week, leading your full recruiting function ($11,000 to $16,000/month).

We identify, approach and pre-qualify candidates, then deliver a shortlist your team interviews. Two options: Sourcing Sprint, focused on one hard-to-fill role over 3–4 weeks ($7,000), and Sourcing Engine, an embedded sourcing partner for 1–3 priority roles, month-to-month ($15,000/month).

Yes. We recruit skilled professionals from Canada and Latin America for U.S. teams and, with our immigration partners, support the visa and work permit process (such as TN, H-1B or L-1) from sourcing to onboarding. Every placement comes with a 12-month guarantee.
