- Head hunting for one specific role, guaranteed for 12 months, with fees paid in 12 monthly installments ($1,000/month junior, $1,500/month intermediate, $1,700/month senior, $2,000/month strategic).
- Fractional recruiting when you have 2 to 5 open roles at once and want a recruiter inside your team: plans from $4,500 to $16,000/month, with 0% commission.
- Sourcing when your team wants to run interviews itself: a pre-qualified shortlist with Sourcing Sprint ($7,000, one role, 3 to 4 weeks) or Sourcing Engine ($15,000/month, 1 to 3 priority roles).
