Findeed was founded by Mathieu, a recruitment expert based in Phoenix and Montreal. He leads the boutique's head hunting, fractional recruiting and sourcing work across the USA and Canada.
A human-first approach
We believe recruitment goes beyond algorithms and keywords. It's about authentic connections, shared values and human intuition. We meet candidates, assess their skills and motivations, and look for alignment with your values. That's also why every head hunting placement comes with a 12-month guarantee.
